Outcome Harvesting implementation for Voices for Just Climate Action

Summary: Design and implementation of Outcome Harvesting between 2021 and 2024 with 70 civil society organizations in the Brazilian Amazon focused on climate advocacy and nature based solutions;. Harvesters trainning, workshops, collection and database management for adaptative management and global reporting integrated with global donor metrics.
Outcome Harvesting management system for Avina Foundation
Client: Fundación Avina
Redesigned the OH case management system integrating with quantitative metrics and establishing methodologies to measure impact level on the program and institutional levels. OH sytem integration with live dashboards with Microsoft 365 Architecture. Coordinated the revision and approval pipeline for five hears, revising over a thousand outcome cases within nive programmatic agendas.

Landmark initiative aimed at enhancing healthcare outcomes across the country. This collaborative effort involved creating a comprehensive M&E framework tailored to the program's specific needs and objectives. Working closely with all partners, we designed an integrated system that facilitates efficient data collection, real-time analysis, and detailed reporting. The system was built to provide actionable insights, enabling stakeholders to track progress, measure impact, and make informed decisions to improve health services.

Managed the structuring and grant management for a USAID Brazil Program, focusing on integrating geospatial and survey data. Designed a robust project management framework, coordinated grant administration, and implemented geospatial technologies to enhance project monitoring and evaluation. Conducted capacity-building activities to empower stakeholders in utilizing data for strategic decision-making and achieving sustainable development outcomes.
Mid-term Evaluation for Voices for Just Climate Action Brazil

Summary: Implementation of the Outcome Harvesting (OH) methodology in VCA Brazil to complement the mid-term evaluation. Coordinated the participatory critical review process and held several outcome-harvesting workshops with grassroots associations, ensuring the participation of women, indigenous, and youth in the narratives of climate justice and NBS. Harmonization of the Theory of Change and global outcomes with adapted local outcomes synchronized with the Outcome Harvesting methodology.

Baseline study for Water access program in Northeast Brazil
Client: Ambev SA
Summary: The baseline study focused on women’s access to water and its impacts on health and education outcomes. Based on in-depth interviews with stakeholders and household surveys in three communities of Ceara State, located in the semi-arid area of Northeast Brazil.
The study was conducted within a semi-experimental pipeline approach that established a baseline for future editions while conducting an ex-post evaluation. The key results of the ex-post evaluation evidenced a strong linkage between the decrease of diarrhea and enhanced access to safe water, reduction of time used to collect water and a renovated interest in school.
Impact Framework design for Women's traditional knitters economic and social empowerment program in Brazil's semi-arid region (“Olhar do Sertao”)

Summary: The program “Olhar do Sertao” focus on the inclusion of traditional lace knitters in high end fashion dress industry in Brazil and abroad. It capacity building and organizing a production cooperative for over 300 traditional artisans.
